Description

Summary/Objective

The Human Resource Administrator is responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day human resource operations.

Essential Functions

Contributes to Recruiting and Hiring Process
Performs HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance
Prepares systems and protocols for Onboarding and Separations
Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions
Assists with benefits administration (401K elections and Healthcare Enrollments)
Administers Alcohol/Drug/Physical Program Testing to all RFM Employees
Process Pre-Employment Documents via Government Agencies and 3rd Party Administrators
Prepares job postings and hiring requisitions within RFM's ATS/HRMS
Responds to Human Resource related inquiries from internal employees and outside vendors [i.e. reference checks and verifications of employment (VOE) status]
Assists the HR Business Partner(s) and/or Director with HR projects
Other duties as assigned or required for department logistics and performance
