The Human Resources Administrative Assistant provides administrative, technical, and secretarial support to the HR Department.Assists in the completion of department projects.Requires excellent clerical and computer proficiency and ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities
• Provides administrative, technical, and secretarial support to the HR Department.• Assists in the completion of projects undertaken by the department.• Processes information and handles situations requiring judgment and confidentiality.• Maintains an extremely high regard for confidential and sensitive information.• Works well within stressful situations and performs multiple concurrent tasks.• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Works effectively as part of a team.• Performs other clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Requires 30 college credit hours or two (2) years of current related full-time work experience or a combination of both.• Requires one (1) year of current related full-time work experience.• Requires excellent clerical and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.• Requires excellent written, oral communication, and telephone skills.• Demonstrates ability to work well with others as part of a team.• Must have the ability to work well within stressful situations and perform multiple concurrent tasks.• Requires strong organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail.• Must have excellent follow-through on all assignments and projects.• Maintains a high regard for confidential and sensitive information.• Requires a criminal background check.
