Role Overview:
The Human Resources Administration Assistant will support our Human Resources department, which serves approximately 200 employees nationwide. This role involves handling sensitive information with integrity and discretion, assisting in routine HR operations, and ensuring smooth departmental workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
Manage HR documentation, including employee records and correspondence.
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and updating job descriptions.
Support employee onboarding and exit processes.
Facilitate internal communications regarding HR policies and updates.
Prepare and organize data reports and presentations for internal use.
Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and mail distribution.
Qualifications:
Proven track record as an HR or Administrative Assistant.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with remote communication tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Adaptable to a progressive and diverse work environment.
Working Conditions:
Primarily office-based with significant computer use.
Hybrid work model with flexibility for remote work a few days per week.
Standard office hours with occasional requirement for evening work.
Participation in occasional travel for organizational events.
