Responsibilities
• Recruit, select, and onboard agency staff• Develop recruitment strategies and support hiring managers in their recruitment efforts• Manage the recruitment process and maintain the Applicant Tracking System• Coordinate and manage training programs• Assist with performance management process• Assist in the development and execution of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies• Promote an inclusive culture and facilitate employee engagement• Measure and assess culture, employee engagement, and DEI initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field• Experience with full cycle recruiting• Experience with Benefits Management desired• Understanding of labor laws, Conflict Resolution, Training & Development Facilitation, and Performance Management• 2 years of diversity, equity, and inclusion experience desired• Excellent organizational and attention to detail• Strong communication and problem-solving skills• Previous experience with ADP WorkforceNow desired• High energy level and ability to handle multi-faceted projects• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
