We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing various HR functions and providing support to employees and management. This role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities: Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions, completing paperwork, and setting up employee profiles. Manage employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all HR-related documentation. Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures. Conduct training sessions on various HR topics, such as sexual harassment prevention, diversity awareness, and safety protocols. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues. Collaborate with external vendors and insurance providers to ensure the smooth administration of benefits plans. Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate records of employee hours, leaves, and deductions. Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Qualifications: Proven experience working in HR administration or a similar role. Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
