Human Resource Administrator (Belmont, NH) What you will do: Play an instrumental role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. Collaborate with HR and front-line hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening and onboarding. Supervise employee file maintenance and ensure compliance with record retention policies Actively participate in new hire orientations in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. Work in a fast-paced, high-functioning, fun team environment. What you can expect: Starting salary $50.000 - $55.000 per year, based on experience. Paid time off. Relocation assistance available.
