Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers• Provide account information and assistance with overdrawn accounts• Handle customer communication needs• Support online banking and bill pay needs• Process stop-payments and card disputes• Perform clerical support• Escalate issues as needed• Manage multiple projects and priorities• Perform additional assigned duties
Requirements
• High School Diploma required, Associates degree preferred• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new processes• Branch and/or Customer Service experience required• Excellent verbal and written communications• Ability to work rotating shifts and some Saturdays
