By joining our global team and learning from renowned subject matter experts, we can offer you a rich and diverse career.Reporting to the Lead HSE Advisor on site, the HSE Advisor will assist in maintaining HSE systems, schedules and data to support the delivery of safe projects, along with proactively encouraging a positive HSE culture across the company.The tasks you'll perform:Coordinate and report on HSE performance across all Projects and officesProvide regular relief HSE support to sites as and when neededConduct HSE systems audits on site and report with recommendationsMonitor audit schedules and corrective action items for closureOversee incident reporting protocols and data management within INXFacilitate project risk assessmentsAlign HSE Management Plans and training packages to client/project requirementsAdminister the Learning Management System (LMS)The expertise you'll bring:Certifications or qualifications within the HSE / OHS spaceExperience in EPC/EPCM/Client/Owner is desirableConsiderable HSE experience in a previous engineering / resources related environmentThorough understanding of statutory and regulatory requirementsWell-developed technical writing and verbal communication skillsA desire to build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, project and office personnel.The benefits we'll provide:Lycopodium has a strong company culture focused on career progression and technical skill development.
