As the HRIS Manager at MEC, you will manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). You will p artner closely with Human Resources leadership and IT to ensure HR systems are functioning effectively and meeting the organization's needs.
Job Responsibilities
Manages the day-to-day operations of the HRIS, including system configuration, user access, data maintenance, and reporting . Collaborates with the HR and IT teams to identif y and implement system enhancements and improvements that support the organization's HR strategy. Understands , documents , and maintains human resources process catalog that is enabled by the HR and business systems . Leads the implementation of new HRIS software or upgrades to existing systems. Ensures HRIS data integrity, security, confidentiality , and compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Coordinate s with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and integration with other HR and business systems. Provide s training and support to end-users on HRIS functionality and processes. Analyze s HR data and generate s reports to provide insights and recommendations. Applies industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies . Conduct s regular audits and data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of HR data. Performs other duties as assigned, which may include leading projects of varying scale or scope. Job Skills Requirements
Demonstrated experience administering enterprise HRIS software, such as UKG, Ceridian Dayforce, ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar. Excellent data analysis and reporting skills. Solid understanding of HR processes and regulations, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive projects to successful completion. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making. Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location . Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent education and experience . Experience Requirements
Minimum seven years related professional, progressive experience in human resources and/or HRIS.
