Title – HRIS Manager (NEED to have Oracle experience)
Hours: 8 - 5 - Hybrid
Pay: up to $110K

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
5-7 years of relevant experience
2+ years of Oracle Cloud Experience (can flex if it is Oracle PeopleSoft) that experience with reporting
Experience with dashboarding such manipulating
The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is necessary
Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
Effective communication (both written and verbal) and negotiation skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
Ability to work independently and produce deliverables in a timely manner; ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities:
Provide user support and answer questions for recently implemented Oracle Cloud HCM
Administer a variety of HR system modules in Oracle Cloud HCM including recruiting, performance, talent management, and global HR
Support the development of HR system data requirements, based on business needs, standard operating procedures and documentation
Provide support for cyclical and ad hoc audits
Manage system integrations and vendor relationships
Develop and review exceptions reports to monitor data issues and validate quality data
Plan for and execute quarterly system update testing
Adapt to evolving HR system environment
Work with key stakeholders to identify automation or report enhancement opportunities and data process streamlining
Develop process documentation for end-users and assist with end-user training
As an effective communicator, be able to drive insights into actions that improve business results
Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS and analytics; continuously increasing HR knowledge and HRIS application knowledge
Use data from different sources to draw conclusions and recommend a course of action
Utilize interpersonal skills in a collaborative manner to accomplish project goals
Understand and use both qualitative and quantitative data to create analytics that drive the business
