Join our leading national healthcare services team, specializing in both personal home care and medical staffing. We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Administrator to manage and enhance our Human Resources Information Systems. This role is crucial for optimizing HR functions and supporting our team with efficient, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary system administrator for our HRIS platforms, including ADP Workforce Now.
Maintain, design, and audit HR systems to ensure smooth daily operations within the Human Resources department.
Serve as a technical point of contact during system upgrades and integrations, collaborating closely with IT and external vendors.
Develop and update training materials and user manuals for HR systems; conduct training sessions to enhance end-user competency.
Guarantee data integrity and compliance through regular audits and system adjustments.
Facilitate the end of year HRIS processes and updates.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments to ensure cohesive data management and reporting.
Generate and maintain precise HR reports and analytics for management at all levels.
Stay informed on the latest industry practices and technologies to drive continuous improvement and efficiency within HR processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now.
Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefits billing.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong technical documentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
