HRIS Admin Office Status: Onsite Office Location: Houston, TX  Responsibilities: · System configurations, user administration. account creation/account deletion, onboarding/offboarding users in the system.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure the HRIS system, particularly focusing on Paylocity modules, to align with organizational processes and policies.
· Proactively identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance system functionality, proposing and implementing solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
· Stay informed about relevant HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance with data privacy and security requirements, implementing appropriate safeguards within the HRIS.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Prior experience in HRIS administration, with exposure to Paylocity preferred but not required. Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, including employee lifecycle management, compensation, benefits, and compliance. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues and driving process improvements.
