**This is an unpaid volunteer position  Only hiring female identifying volunteers - r ead more about our BFOQ policy below. Responsibilities And What You Will Do Oversee a team of HR Coordinators. Attend ARO Management Calls weekly and Bi-Weekly Company meetings. Work one-on-one as necessary with Team Members and Managers. Managing the organization and maintenance of team projects. Updating internal HR database to ensure all information is up to date for any/all projects created.  Prepare various HR documents, not limited to: new hire guides, contracts, and more.  Assist HR Hiring Department and other HR staff with activities not limited to onboarding new recruits, streamlining processes, creating documents, etc.  Respond to Team Member queries related to HR issues. Assist in resolving queries internally if within the HR Supervisor's purview.  Other tasks as needed. Education and Requirements Prior experience in Human Resources. Be available to volunteer 10-15 hours a week. Possess a collaborative way of working.  Maintain strict confidentiality.  Behave professionally in manner and appearance.  Be consistently organized and flexible.  Be a team player with demonstrated experience working with multiple groups or departments. Complex HR knowledge of procedures, practices, and policies.  Qualifications All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
