Responsibilities
• Collaborates with Logistics business leaders to develop and implement talent strategies and initiatives• Provides expert counsel and coaching to leaders and associates on HR programs, policies, and procedures• Oversees succession planning and talent reviews• Leads talent acquisition and recruiting process• Responsible for associate engagement• Conducts stay and exit interviews• Oversees associate relations• Responsible for benefits administration and annual enrollment• Serves as a subject matter expert on HR initiatives• Ensures compliance with labor regulations
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred• 5+ years of HR experience• Experience in HR logistics or supply chain environment preferred• Growth mindset and proactive in impacting engagement• Strong communication skills and building relationships
