We're seeking a dedicated Human Resources Shared Services Specialist (HRSS) to join our team remotely. As an integral part of our Human Resources department, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional HR support to designated hospitals. Your role will involve assisting both internal team members and external partners through various communication channels, including phone, Service Now, and email. Ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional responses, you'll handle all case requests with a commitment to service excellence and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Promptly respond to all HR service inquiries and requests with accuracy and professionalism.
Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, life cycle transactions, and licensing/certification updates.
Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) for ticket management system submissions.
Ensure regular and reliable attendance.
Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Additional Information:
This position serves both internal colleagues and external customers.
Involves access to sensitive and/or confidential information.
Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance, such as HIPAA.
Proficient in applying policies and procedures, with knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of HR shared service or healthcare HR experience required.
