5PM EST (REMOTE)
Pay Rate:
$70- $75 per hour
We are hiring an HR Project Manager to lead a cross-functional project within our company.
Participate in early morning and early evening calls to meet with various teams across the globe.
Work closely with internal HR team and HR COEs to ensure successful delivery of integration of all programs.
Facilitate project team meetings to ensure understanding of current and upcoming tasks timelines.
Identify any risk or issues within project and ensure they are communicated to the leads and tracked.
Work with team to look for opportunities to improve efficiency of the processes.
Ideal candidate will be a team player and collaborator with strong interpersonal skills.
Focused, organized, results driven and comfortable with ambiguity.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required
PMP Certification Preferred
3 years of experience as working as a Project Manager
within Human Resource
Experience with Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
Experience with HRIS
such as Workday
