Indepth knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits recruitment training & development etc.). Proficient level of English to ensure effective communication within a diverse workplace. Strong decisionmaking skills and the ability to understand and balance the needs of both employees and the organization. Ability to adapt to new environments and cultures with a proactive approach to learning and development. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and inspire at all levels within the organization.
