Support all corporate Domino's Pizza team members regarding HR and Payroll inquiriesCommunicate via telephone, chat, and emailAdhere to company policy and procedures

Responsibilities
• Be the first point of contact for all HR and Payroll inquiries from team members• Answer calls and respond to emails within agreed SLA• Document calls and emails into call tracking software• Troubleshoot cases based on SOPs and legal guidelines• Use resources to investigate situations• Escalate cases that cannot be resolved• Enter employee data into the system• Manage alerts for data entry transactions• Conduct audits of HR data• Provide feedback for process improvement• Participate in HR projects• Communicate progress on projects• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
Requirements
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience• Knowledge of Call Tracking software and Call Center environments• Excellent phone and written communication skills• Excellent customer service skills• Attention to detail• Knowledge of HR and/or payroll processes is a plus
