Responsibilities
• Develop and enhance HR programs and initiatives• Oversee operational processes and workflows across the employee lifecycle• Collaborate with various groups on campus to troubleshoot issues• Lead projects to improve HR services and automate workflows• Support talent acquisition processes and resolve workplace issues• Serve on HR committees and recommend new policies• Manage compensation processes and payroll function• Ensure HR practices are compliant with laws and regulations• Track and analyze HR data and reports• Lead daily activities of HR Generalist and Coordinator
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field• Five years of progressive HR management experience• Expert knowledge of SAP HR and payroll functions• Working knowledge of HR laws and policies• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
