Hr Manager

We are the lead in North America in custom hydraulic cylinders and are now looking to hire a full time Quality Engineer for our Laurens, IA location (just outside of Sioux Rapids, near Marathon).

What you will be doing:
Partner with leadership throughout the organization to co-develop and lead HR practices in areas of recruiting, employee relations, and team engagement Oversee our HR systems and data management to ensure compliance with all employment laws Support payroll processes and benefits administration Responsible for tracking critical HR metrics and reporting Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and team resources Manage all leave programs for FML, short-term disability, workers comp, and ADA Support hiring practices and responsible for new hire onboarding processes aligned with the company culture Handle separations and conduct exit interviews Required:
5+ years in a Human resources ideally Management Any working experience for a manufacturing/machining company would be a huge bonus Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance PTO 401(k) with 50% matching up to 6% Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
