Position Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Manager of Compensation & HR Analytics. This is a pivotal role that combines strategic financial acumen with human resource expertise. Reporting to the Director of Compensation & Benefits, you will be instrumental in shaping compensation strategies alongside our retail & corporate teams and be deeply involved in financial processes alongside our HR Analytics Manager.
K ey Responsibilities:
Compensation:
Develop and validate competitive compensation proposals specifically for Retail Management positions. Ensure adherence to wage and hour regulations and recommend necessary adjustments. Engage in two luxury retail market salary surveys annually, plus additional corporate sector surveys. Analyze market trends and salaries, presenting findings on both an annual basis and as situations dictate. Annually reassess tools used for non-managerial roles in retail and corporate settings. Assist the C&B Director with overseeing the Zone's comprehensive compensation review process, particularly focusing on non-manager roles. Profile Reporting:
Maintain accurate monthly headcount records across different zones ensuring data integrity. Generate required HR reports serving business needs while working towards streamlining reporting processes through automation where possible. Oversee mandatory annual reporting tasks such as Social Report preparation, risk management assessments, and semiannual LVMH Reports. Agility:
Act as the central figure managing our Human Resources Database (HRDB), suggesting improvements, resolving issues, and delivering training to HR personnel. Innovation:
Design advanced compensation tools aiding Regional HRDs/Store leaders in making educated compensation decisions. The ideal candidate will bring sophisticated expertise in Compensation & HR Analytics crafting nuanced compensation frameworks along with financial analysis. Experience with global mobilities and a passion for growth within HR is vital. Key qualifications include a strong understanding of HR data and systems (Korn Ferry, Mercer, UltiPro) coupled with budgeting expertise. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; prior experience with an HRIS is advantageous. Exceptional organizational skills complemented by superior communication abilities. Demonstrated analytical prowess with a track record of actionable recommendations Independent work ethic matched by a capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Keen sensitivity toward confidential matters coupled with diplomatic problem-solving skills. A proactive attitude towards embracing change positively. A creative mindset driven by innovation especially regarding technological solutions/ Customer-focused professionalism able to respond efficiently to inquiries. Ability to forge robust relationships across all levels within the organization. French Language proficiency is a plus.
Additional information The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $110,000-125,000 annually plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
