We are looking for a Human Resources Intern with strong communication skills to assist and provide support with a multitude of administration duties for the Human Resources department which includes preparing welcome signage for guests and other messages, updating and maintaining HR bulletin board, coordinating company events and functions and distributing general office communication and employee benefit administration and filing.
The HR Intern also provides office support by handling all incoming and outgoing mail, logging, packing and sending international Resident mail freight shipments, greeting visitors and answering telephone calls.
This role would suit a university/college student who is looking for a part-time position that will fit in with their studies. The ideal candidate would be computer literate, self-directed and comfortable working in a fast-paced physically challenging environment. They should have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, as well as the ability to prioritize work.
