Join our team as an HR intern. This is a paid internship that will support the HR team and other managers in the facility through various tasks and projects. Responsibilities Build relationships within the community (high schools/tech schools/resource groups/etc.) Assists in employee training
new hire benefit orientation and exit process
open enrollment etc. Assists in payroll auditing to confirm compliance Involved in the recruitment and selection process such as screening
interviewing
onboarding
etc. Coordinates miscellaneous programs including banquets
picnics
attendance and recognition awards
etc. Assists in HR projects Support HR in resolving employee concerns and inquiries Assist in maintaining employee records and files Other duties as assigned Desired Experience Basic knowledge of human resources laws and regulations Customer service focused Organized and detail oriented Work independently and interact with all levels of employees (production and management) Strong interpersonal skills Advanced communication skills Excellent prioritizing skills Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources
Business Administration
or a related field Strong interest in a career in Human Resources Ability to use MS Office applications Has the ability to work independently Ability to work 20-25 hours per week About Us
