Description
Your Role: This position will oversee & execute multiple processes necessary for successful implementation and administration of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This person will serve as a liaison between multiple internal departments within Dot, using expert technical knowledge to create a better experience for all parties involved. This person will work on both short-term & long-term integration projects and will be responsible for turning concepts into actionable steps with deliverable results.
Administer and maintain the organization's HRIS, including but not limited to HRIS databases, software applications and interfaces
Customize and configure UKG modules to align with organizational processes and requirements including but not limited to creating and maintain workflows, platform configurations, user roles, etc.
Provide technical support and assistance to HR team and other end-users on UKG inquiries, issues, and request
Serve as a point of contact for user inquiries and escalations, resolving issues sent to the HR Systems Inbox in a timely and efficient manner
Implement and enforce access controls, user permissions, and data encryption measures to safeguard sensitive HR information
Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor partners to identify system enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality opportunities
Participate in the planning, testing, and implementation of UKG upgrades, patches, and system integrations
Applies lean tools and thinking to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position
We Need You To Have:
Excellent computer skills, including programs such as Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple cross-departmental tasks and meet critical deadlines

Bachelor's Degree
Project management experience
Proven quantitative and analytical skills
Proactive problem-solving abilities
