Responsibilities
• Lead talent acquisition and recruitment processes• Conduct employee onboarding and assist with training and development• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies• Organize performance reviews and gather and analyze HR metrics• Enhance job satisfaction and ensure compliance with labor regulations
Requirements
• 3-5 years HR experience, particularly in recruiting• Ability to conduct different types of interviews and selection processes• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems• Understanding of general HR policies and labor laws• HR project management capability• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills• Tech-savvy on Mac, iOS
