Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team, focusing on our Dream Live Prosper Communities and Dream Outdoor Resorts branches of our business. As a HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
Additionally, you will support various HR functions, such as employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
About this opportunity: Location: DLP Capital St Augustine Headquarters: 405 Golfway W Drive, Suite 300, St Augustine, FL 32095 Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000+ Depending on experience Position type: Full Time, Exempt This job requires 30% Travel to sites What you have already achieved: (Requirements) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent in experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting Experience in multifamily property management preferred Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred What you are great at: (Responsibilities) Manage full-cycle recruiting process for multifamily property management, and Dream outdoor positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Draft and executed employment agreements Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with company culture and job requirements Coordinate and facilitate onboarding process for new hires Provide HR support in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation Maintain compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations Other duties as assigned What you're motivated by: A fast pace.
