Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a strong background in payroll and benefits administration. Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment, communication, and compliance with applicable regulations.
Process payroll accurately and on time, addressing any payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies.
Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR-related topics.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resource Generalist role.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and benefits administration.
Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
