The Human Resources Delivery Partner is responsible for supporting the Discipline Delivery Operations on Optimization processes, as well as producing reporting products and related monitoring activities.Responsibilities:·Conduct several regular reporting activities, including extraction, validation, and distribution of weekly and monthly reports in Excel.·Create and maintain ServiceNow (SNOW) dashboards and reports to support the greater Global Discipline Delivery (GDD) team.·Work with our SNOW technology partners to assist with implementation of system enhancements and UAT testing, as needed.·Conduct ad-hoc reporting and metrics as needed.·Acts as Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and /or other team members on disciplinary action case requirements, data integrity, and SNOW capability.·Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation while ensuring consistency in content and formatting.·Support quality and productivity optimization efforts, as well as process trainings and updates.·Assist progressively larger or more complex cross-Citi projects.·Deliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance through individuals and managers, as well as possess the mindset to increase process effectiveness and efficiency.·Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.·Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.·Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:·5-8 years of relevant experience·Experience in HRIS and process workflow systems (such as ServiceNow, Workday, etc.)·Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel knowledge, including formulas, macros, and intermediate functions·Working knowledge of industry standards and practices·Demonstrated strong analytical skills and attention to detail·Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationEducation:·Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Human Resources------------------------------------------------------Job Family:HR Advisors & Generalist------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Tampa Florida United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$79,120.00 - $118,680.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
