You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.A Brief OverviewResponsible for guiding new customers through the early phases of transition and providing consultative support for set up, Benefits, and HR. Will complete a post-sale needs assessment for additional services and products to round out a valuable customer journey. This position establishes, maintains, builds and handles relationships at all levels to ensure TriNet is helping clients achieve their business strategies and human capital return on investment. Must have excellent account management skills and be customer-focused with understanding that the customer's best interests are served through smooth, flawless implementation and service delivery.LocationsUnited States (Remote)What you will doProvides support and compliant guidance regarding customer HR policy, benefits selection and strategy decisions during key transition engagementsConducts online New Customer Set-up Site meetings with assigned clientsPromotes overall company value proposition by conducting a broader needs assessment to find opportunities and gaps and makes recommendations on auxiliary products and services to drive additional value for our customers.Acts as an escalation point for onboarding services, working with the team to develop solutions to problems, drive customer alignment and be accountable for engagement successDelivers timely and valuable transition services and consulting to clients utilizing TriNet's service model, templates, resources, and product suite, in accordance with company guidelines, standards and processes to ensure quality and compliance.Communicates plan objectives, progresses and critical issues internally and externally as required while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure quick customer resolution.Maintains a detailed knowledge of TriNet's core products and services as well as strategic servicesEducation QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience-PreferredExperience QualificationsTypically 2+ years Human Resources Generalist and/or Specialist experience-RequiredTypically 2+ years Customer Support in PEO Industry-PreferredTypically 1+ years Sales interaction experience-PreferredSkills and AbilitiesStrong account management and project management skillsStrong business sense with excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skillsA proven dedication to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplaceAbility to adapt to a fast paced constantly evolving business and work environment while balancing multiple priorities.Knowledge of and ability to apply excellent customer service and consultative practices.Knowledge and ability to give advice on employment law and Human Capital best practices and trends, using additional SMAs as needed.Good verbal and written communication skills.General knowledge in HR Compliance Management, Process, Benefit Programs and ER issues.Ability to gain the partnership of others in pursuit of company goals.Knowledge and strong understanding of TriNet practices, policies, processes, systems capabilities, and limitations are desired.Basic skills to perform mathematical computation effectively and efficiently for pricing and conducting data analysis-Required.Ability to operate a computer to accomplish work and leverage technology to gain efficiencies required.Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteLicenses and CertificationsPHR or SHRM-CP-PreferredTravel RequirementsMinimalWork EnvironmentWork in clean, pleasant, and comfortable home or office setting.
