Join us We are growing our locations and are investing more than $2 billion into establishing a new large-scale manufacturing site for biopharmaceuticals in the United States to accelerate the growth of our Bio CDMO (Contract and Development Manufacturing Organization) business. This will be the largest end-to-end cell culture CDMO provider in North America.
The new site will offer end-to-end solutions to our customers looking to manufacture biopharmaceuticals in the US. In addition to drug substance manufacture, it will also provide automated fill-finish and assembly, packaging, and labeling services. The new state-of-the-art facility is located in Holly Springs, North Carolina, United States.
About This Role The HR Coordinator drives the onboarding process for all new and transferring employees to the FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies Holly Springs site. This visible role liaises with other departments within and outside of the Holly Springs site. The HR Coordinator juggles many tasks, competing deadlines and highly administrative tasks and systems.
What You'll Do Ensure new team members have a flawless new hire onboarding process to include, but not limited to: Communicates with new hires by initiating background checks, drug screens, orientation confirmations and ensuring new hire paperwork is completed as well as answers any routine questions related to onboarding Facilitates and coordinates with appropriate teams to present new hire orientation, including updating presentations in PowerPoint and delivering content on HR topics, booking conference rooms, sending calendar invitations, etc. Requests all appropriate systems access for new hires through the appropriate channels Liaises with relevant stakeholders (managers, IT, facilities, HLUS (Payroll & Travel) etc.) so new hires are set up for success Completes I-9 forms and e-verify timely and accurately Creates Payroll Action Forms to route to relevant stakeholders for signatures. Accurately inputs new employees, employee changes or terminations, as applicable, in ADP and updates appropriate Human Resource trackers. Partners with Payroll to maintain accuracy of employee information in ADP Manages employee referrals by utilizing the tracker and Creating Payroll Action Forms to pay out bonuses Distributes routine reports to various departments and updates dashboards Completes verifications of employment and adds documentation to employee files Ensures accurate compliance and ongoing maintenance of employee files. Audits employee files periodically for compliance Updates organizational chart Monitors HR email Inbox and responds to routine employee and manager questions concerning payroll and benefits. Routes more complex questions to appropriate HR Member Assists HR Business Partners with the administration of the Internship Program, as needed Recommends and takes initiative in making process improvements to ensure HR processes are effective and efficient Who You Are You are a self-starter with outstanding attention to detail and a consistent delivery of high-quality work. You work well under pressure and have the ability to meet tight deadlines. You have exceptional problem solving, time management and organizational skills. You have the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information with high professionalism and ethical standards. You have the courage to ask questions for guidance and clarification.
Basic Requirements High school diploma or GED Minimum of 2+ years of previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-focused Human Resources department in an administrative or equivalent role At least 1 year of basic computer skills in Microsoft Office products required Preferred Requirements 4-Year degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or other related area Bachelor's degree with 0-1 year of previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-focused Human Resources department in an administrative or equivalent role Previous experience in a cGMP environment, strongly preferred Previous experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems, HR Information Systems and DocuSign 2+ Years of Mid-Level Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) aPHR FDBN is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
