Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and maintain our HR Dashboard to report weekly headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics and other metrics, as needed
Manage and respond to employee inquiries about Company policies and procedures
Respond to internal and external requests of data retrieval, reporting, audit, etc.
Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records
Manage the full lifecycle recruitment for multiple positions including areas in Engineering, Regulatory & QA, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Customer Experience at any given time, ensuring a positive experience all candidates
Ability to schedule, screen, interview and shortlist candidates ensuring job fit to their knowledge, skills, and abilities
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
Support the full lifecycle from onboarding through off boarding for all employees including scheduling and agenda creation
Support the team of HRBP's with HR functions in all areas including employee development, compliance and operations
Support additional HR initiates, as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an HR professional
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple recruitment projects and achieving hiring targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively under time constraints
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Analytical skills for audit and data analysis
Experience in HRIS administration, ADP TotalSource preferred
Experience with ATS administration, Jobvite preferred
Relevant HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Estimated Annual Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000.
