LaSalle Network has teamed up with a leading educational services organization that is headquartered in the northern suburbs of Chicago. We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join their dynamic, growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and prioritize attention to detail. HR Coordinator Responsibilities: Handle administrative tasks related to HR, including organizing paperwork, filing and managing incoming and outgoing mail Assist in ensuring compliance with HR regulations and best practices as the company continues to grow Create and maintain HR-related spreadsheets, support the onboarding of new hires and oversee the paperwork for independent contractors Utilize ADP Workforce Now (WFN) for HRIS purposes, including managing candidates throughout the hiring process, making system changes and generating HR reports Support the onboarding process for new employees and contractors Assist in rolling out the employee navigator and answer employee questions regarding benefit enrollment HR Coordinator Requirements: Previous HR experience is preferred, but candidates with the desire to transition into HR are encouraged to apply Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now, is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Willingness to work in the office, ideally on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, to assist with scanning, handling mail with payroll tax implications and supporting HR needs If you are hungry and eager to learn and grow in the HR field, this is the job got you!
