HR Coordinator Contract Duration 6 Months
Job Duties: The HR Coordinator applies subject matter knowledge; and requires the capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.
Responsible for supporting a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities.
Data cleanup, job descriptions, organize efforts to update job descriptions, implement hiring process and development.
The HR Coordinator needs to know the basics of HR compliance.
Focus on supporting the Business Human Resource leader in implementing processes.
Must be organized and be able to prioritize well.
The HR Coordinator must interact with leaders at all levels of the business.
Skills: With limited supervision by HR Management or Senior HR professionals will assist in coordinating and/or administering various aspects of the organization's compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programs.
Responsible for more than one of these areas and perform many of the same activities as professionals who specialize in these individual HR functions.
Education: Associates Degree preferred
