• Tracks pre-employment screenings and new hire documents• Maintains organized personnel files for employees• Assists with benefits and compliance• Coordinates medical exams and appointments• Performs various administrative support duties
Requirements
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent• Associate degree or 4 years of HR administrative experience preferred• Experience in a fast-paced professional office environment• ADP/WFN experience highly desired• Intermediate to advanced computer skills• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships• Basic arithmetic skills• Ability to lift 25 pounds• Valid U.S. driver's license• Pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check
