Main tasks include: HR Assistant 
This position supports the Human Resources department by completing and coordinating various Human Resources processes, including but not limited to tuition reimbursement forms, bonuses and check requests, and event coordination.  The position supports the Director of Human Resources with administrative tasks and appointment scheduling.  First point of contact for internal and external customers, answering and routing calls appropriately.    Updates and maintains HR transactional logs. Assists recruiters in scheduling interviews, entering data from multiple systems into spreadsheets. Acts as receptionist to a busy office greeting guests, directing guests, providing information on a variety of issues, including policies. Cross trained with HR Coordinator duties ensuring seamless processing and customer service.

Skills Effective communications skills, both verbal and written. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to adapt to changing priorities. Expertise with Microsoft Office Applications.
