Hr Assistant

Allegria Village is hiring a HR Assistant! This candidate must have exceptional customer service skills and be a knowledgeable,resourceful team player!
The position is 9a-5p, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends.
This is an exempt position, compensation is commensurate to previous work experiences and education.
Some of the responsibilities will include: 
Screening incoming resumes and applications for propspective candidates and contacting those eligible for interviews. Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to the hiring managers. Updating job openings and closings as per the departmental hiring managers. Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation. Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records. Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. Provides clerical support to the HR department Conducts or assists with new hire orientation set-up and administration. Other duties and tasks may be occasionally assigned to the HR Assistant.
