Responsibilities
• Ensure safety and security of the hotel• Respond to guest and employee emergencies• Complete incident reports and security rounds• Maintain awareness of hotel facilities and services• Ensure guest and employee safety• Coordinate emergency situations• Monitor surveillance cameras• Investigate duress alarms• Patrol the property and document actions• Ensure compliance with departmental standards
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent• Valid Driver's License• Knowledge of local laws, investigative methods, and fire safety• Certification in CPR and first aid or ability to obtain• Certification in alcohol awareness program or ability to obtain• Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally• Legible communication and directions• Understanding of PC operation and Microsoft Office• 1 year of security experience preferred• Ability to stand and walk for long periods• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Key Skills Needed
