ThePastry Cook I -is responsible for preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to Pastry shop standards; assists higher level bakers; other duties as assigned by manager.

The salary range for this position is $20.00 to $26.00 The starting hourly rate is $20.00. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications and education. Qualifications
• 1 yearof previous bakingexperience preferred.
• Hotel cooking experience and/or culinary degree preferred
• Good communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• A high motivation level, commitment, meeting challenges, and the desire to reach and achieve higher positions
