Responsibilities
• Fulfill all painting needs throughout the property• Pay attention to detail and have knowledge in tile and drywall• Handle basic troubleshooting skills (electricity, plumbing, etc.)• Perform guest-room preventative maintenance
Requirements
• 3 years of painting and wallpaper background• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight• Ability to stand for long periods and walk long distances• Flexibility to work any days of the week, including weekends and holidays
