Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Maintenance Team as a Kitchen Mechanic . The Kitchen Mechanic will support " A Seattle Collection ", a multi-property cluster comprised of Grand Hyatt Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle.


The Kitchen Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance of back of house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, and mechanical systems. Individual must possess a strong background and knowledge of such systems. Previous engineering/maintenance experience is required, preferably in a hotel environment. This position will perform repairs and preventative maintenance on commercial kitchen and other mechanical equipment within our three properties. Minimum 3 years of experience is required, with trade school training and factory training preferred. Good communication skills are necessary for this role. Open availability is preferred.


The hourly rate for this position is $37.25. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who remain in the position for four years, which is $38.00.
