The Human Resources function prides itself on excellence, service, integrity, fun, and accountability. This entry level position is for professionals looking to grow their career within Hyatt Human Resources. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: strong interpersonal skills, solid leadership, good organization, a robust sense of creativity, empathetic/caring demeanor, welcoming personality, and effective time-management.Candidates must also have refined verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. The HR Coordinator will represent the HR team and Hyatt brand in a professional, friendly and positive manner in all interactions.
The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with greeting all colleagues, visitors, and applicants while maintaining the day-to-day administrative function of a highly active Human Resources office. Responsibilities will also include, although not limited to: maintenance of incoming calls, answering/fielding questions, walk-in inquiries, special projects, Colleague Relations coordination/execution, maintenance of HR office environment, and supporting our Recruitment process with on-boarding assistance. Qualifications Multi-system proficiency (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint) A true desire to fulfill the needs of others in a fast-paced environment Refined verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish Professional presentation skills Previous Hospitality HR Experience preferred
