Job summary

Responsibilities
• Respond to guest requests and requests from other departments.• Fill cart with supplies and transport to assigned area.• Enter guest rooms following procedures for access and vacancy.• Replace guest amenities and supplies.• Replace dirty linens and terry with clean items.• Make beds and fold terry.• Clean bathrooms.• Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items.• Check appliances and ensure they are in working order.• Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings.• Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties.
Requirements
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds without assistance.• Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart.• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, and stoop.• Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods.• Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.• Ability to speak with others using clear and professional language.
