Responsibilities
• Oversee the training of new and existing housekeeping staff• Assist in driving cleanliness and customer service scores• Educate staff members about organizational policies and procedures• Work alongside staff to complete cleaning and maintenance duties• Step in as needed to ensure effective and efficient completion of tasks• May include cleaning rooms and checking public areas for tidiness
Requirements
• Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment• Refined verbal and written communication skills• Able to work in a fast-paced environment• Able to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight• Open and flexible schedule including evenings, mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays• Comfortable standing and walking for the duration of the shift• Prior hotel/housekeeping experience preferred
