Responsibilities
• Operate the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, and TV den• Communicate well with guests and provide excellent customer service• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment• Assist with guest check in and check out process• Service meeting rooms
Requirements
• Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field• Must have schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays• Strong command of the English language (speaking, reading, and writing)• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with guest interaction• Must be able to multi-task• Must be 18 years or older• High school diploma or equivalent required• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)• Basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a 12+ passenger van
