Description
The F&B Supervisor possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills.They are expected to support leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, while providing excellent customer service. Food & Beverage Supervisors must demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge and serve as the liaison between culinary and F&B operations. This position plays a significant role in the overall F&B Experience, which includes product quality and service standards. This role will primarily assist in Restaurants & Bars during peak transient season and could transition to support other F&B areas such as Event-Setup and Stewarding in off peak transient season. Qualifications At least 3 years of F&B Experience A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment Must be able to work on feet for extended periods of time. Must be able to work a flexible shift including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to lead and direct a team. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
