Responsibilities
• Provide shift coverage and trouble-shoot kitchen, HVAC, and electrical equipment• Perform preventative maintenance on major equipment and systems• Work in guest rooms, meeting space, front and back of the house areas• Read blueprints and schematics• Good communication skills
Requirements
• Good working knowledge of kitchen, HVAC, and electrical equipment• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays• Good customer service and communication skills• Ability to use hand tools and power tools• Ability to work without direct supervision• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (around 50 pounds)• Must be a team player but able to work independently
