Responsibilities
• Serving coffee and other beverages, including alcohol• Preparing ingredients for cooking• Processing orders and collecting payment• Assisting in food & beverage areas including busing, cleaning, and resetting tables• Delivering food to guests• Performing general cleaning and maintenance of prep areas• Counting the bank at end of shifts• Following property control audit standards and cash handling procedures• Ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional• Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information
Requirements
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time period• Strong communication skills• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others• Adherence to safety and security policies and procedures• Completion of safety training and certifications
