• Escort guests and transport their luggage to and from their rooms• Ensure guests are comfortable with accommodations and familiar with room offerings and features• Engage in casual conversation and provide hotel or local recommendations• Maintain constant communication with the Front Office and Valet• Uphold the highest level of guest service
Requirements
• True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment• Refined verbal communication skills• Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking• Experience and thorough understanding of bellstand service
