Presbyterian Homes & Services - Senior Housing Partners is seeking a full-time Housing Advisor at our newest addition to our Dickson Hollow senior living campus. In this role, you will serve as a sales advisor, marketing specialist and leader in meeting established occupancy goals for the new building at Dickson Hollow. This position will remain in place until target occupancy is reached. The opportunity for full-time placement at Dickson Hollow may be a future possibility. Dickson Hollow is located at W156N4881 Pilgrim Rd, Menomonee Falls, WI on the corner of Pilgrim and Lisbon Rd. The new independent living apartment building will be a great addition to the current campus which includes senior apartments, assisted living, and memory care, along with a town center featuring a bistro, movie theater, library, club room, salon, wellness center, and more.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
The Housing Advisor reports to the Senior Housing Partners Regional Sales & Marketing Manager. The Housing Advisor works collaboratively with Senior Housing Partners staff, Site Leaders, and functional directors of assigned areas of accountability.

The Housing Advisor is responsible for representing Senior Housing Partners and Presbyterian Homes & Services and it's operating entities to the community at large in relation to the sales and marketing goals of the organization. This position develops and implements the startup sales and marketing for new projects developed by Senior Housing Partners and transitions ongoing maintenance of the sales and marketing strategies to the site operations per established site plans.
College degree in social work, gerontology, marketing, human services or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience in senior housing, service or health care related environment. Must have flexibility, personal integrity, and ability to work effectively with residents, coworkers, family members, visitors, and the general public. Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision. Demonstrated computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and other common computer programs. Must be experienced and able to use lead management software. Must be a team player, willing to take directions and accept responsibility for meeting specified objectives. Must understand the basic principles of marketing and sales. Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies. Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
