This position attends to Custodial Operation needs by ensuring a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in the SECL facilities. In addition, it maintains established standards of cleanliness and sanitation in student lounges, offices, lobbies, stairs, restrooms, showers, windows, and other venues as assigned. The duties include floor maintenance, dusting, gathering and removal of trash, snow and ice removal from entranceways and sidewalks, raking leaves, and gathering trash from areas near buildings. This is a regular, full-time, 100% staff appointment.3) You'll be primarily responsible for maintaining and replenishing supplies in assigned areas and reporting any facility repairs or needs to management. You'll operate powered and manual cleaning equipment; mix chemicals with proper proportions from established guidelines; responsible for the care and handling of Custodial Operations supplies, equipment, and assigned keys.
